Changes:

Fixed an issue that would cause a success message and a prompt to restart your computer even if the install fails
Fixed an issue that would cause the configuration file to not be installed correctly if you changed the drive your music folder was located
Fixed an issue that could cause the installer to not detect configuration files if you ran it as administrator (note: you do not need to run any component of VEGA Patch as administrator)
Fixed an issue that the ending parenthesis for the example path would not appear

Changes to uninstaller:
Fixed an issue that would cause the uninstall to fail if your config file was corrupt or missing
Added a check for the file paths that config files might be stored so that it is backwards compatible with older versions of VEGA Patch
